Returns Policy



If you are not completely satisfied with a service we have provided, it will be our priority to rectify the situation. Please contact us so that we can resolve the problem to your satisfaction.


Replacement Parts


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 7 day opportunity to exchange your item from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This exchange policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition.


Postage/delivery costs of return of the item(s) to The Chair King will be at the buyer's expense.  The buyer assumes any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit.


Provided the item is received in undamaged condition, The Chair King will issue a refund or a credit to the value of the item(s) returned.


Reconditioned Chairs


Sales on reconditioned and second-hand chairs are final and returns will not be accepted.  Potential buyers are encouraged to inspect chairs in person before purchasing. If a buyer consents to purchase chair(s) without an inspection then the buyer accepts that the sale is final and that The Chair King is under no obligation to refund or exchange the chairs.
